Quality Standard

Gözen Air Services, aiming to offer best services based on the principle of safety and security in line with the principles of the company and the expectations of the customers since its foundation in 1979, has established the Quality Management System in all its units to render all services within the scope of the system.

In June 2010, our Quality Management System was audited by TÜV Rheinland, which is the major international auditing company. As a result of the audits carried out, our company, including of all our stations, have been entitled to be certified with the Quality Certificate. Gözen Air Services has been licensed by DGCA as the first representation, supervision and management company in Turkey and has lead the way by getting the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate.

In May 2015, Gözen Air Services has been selected to receive the International Quality Summit (IQS) Award. The decision to present this award is the result of research and analysis carried out through Quality Hunters, leaders, entrepreneurs and experts in quality, directed by Business Inıtiative Directions (BID), to recognize the contribution of Gözen Air Services in terms of Leadership, Quality and Excellence.
